Explore Archery

Indians have the born skill of Archery in them. Our Ancestors were great archers, having fought various battles. However, unlike Cricket, Hockey, badminton, Archery has not been explored more in India.

In 2023, Indian compound archers had a stellar year, winning four medals at the World Championships and achieving a clean sweep at the Asian Games. However, recurve archers, particularly in women's recurve, faced challenges during the transition period. India secured its first-ever gold at the world championships and topped the overall medal tally for the first time. Aditi Swami and Ojas Deotale made history as the first individual world champions from India. In the archery World Cup circuit, India finished third, winning a total of 17 medals (12 in compound and 5 in recurve) and securing five spots in the World Cup final, the highest number of entries from India in the season finale.

Dhi sports is one of the very few locations coaching Archery in Bangalore. We have an excellent facility to get trained in Archery. Regular Coaching classes are being conducted by efficient trainer who has produced players representing state and nation. Don’t miss this opportunity.
